Updates

Sorry guys and the odd girls who reads this, i haven't been updating much. To show my pain in your emptyness since u do not get to savour my blog, i shall put in more effort today, delay reading for my mktg tutorials tomorrow, delaying reading about lam-pa (oops, its lambda) calculus and blog blog blog. (warning: long blog ahead (by my standards anyway.))

Updates:
1) Kenneth is eyeing my SE T630. Been loving it more and more since i got it on national day. But oh well, i probably could do without it. The easy IR, Bluetooth setup is wonderful, and it's shiok to be able to access msn / internet ANYWHERE in this island. Just recently, i was using pda/t630 to find the venue of a classroom when i was stuck in 151, late for lessons. I quoted Kenneth 300. If he doesnt want it, i will post on hardwarezone classified. Sure can sell one. Its a very good place for u to trade ur phones and other spare parts. High traffic!

2) I ordered 2 7610s, and it has been past the promised 10 days and there's still no sign of the phones arriving. Pray that i am not duped. Been getting on avg 1 call a day for 7610s, seems like its popular even if i posted the message on classified some 10 days ago. When the phones arrive, i should be able to sell them off in 1 day. And make a quick profit. Aim to sell 10 of them by year end.

3) Kindness begets kindness!! I truly believe in that! Before school starts this sem, i volunteered to help a friend set up Internet Connection Sharing for her 2 comps at her home. She called me on monday, and invited me to join a focus-group session this Thursday evening. For the uninformed amongst you ardent blog readers, Focus-gp meetings == good easy money. The payout this time? 80 bucks. Wow. Thanks Alexis!

4) I have been a nice guy recently, helping lots of pple do their internet connection, install OS, blah blah. Sorry Tiancong for not being able to help. My Skill level is apparently not that high. =p Must do more good deeds and spread the kindness in this world. If everyone does a good deed, this world will be a much more wonderful place. Come my friends, do a good deed today! Treat me to lunch! lol

5) A friend was ill recently, and i bought some off the shelf medications for the friend. Then i realised i was having a cough too. Who's going to buy medicine for me?

6) I spend money like playing arcade nowadays. On textbooks (bot 2 liao, 1 pending), alcohol, dining, gadgets. Need to draw a line somewhere, hence selling the T630.

7) Everytime i spend money on something extravagant or lavish, i would put in more effort to GENERate more money to support my expenditure. Work longer hours, scout around for more money making opportunities... Think i am becoming a high income, high expenditure person. Definitely not wise. I need to tighten my belt and my belly for that matter.

8) I am broke.

9) I lost a tuition kid. He was having problems adapting to Singapore life and probably is quitting sch. So, that leaves me with 3-1 = 2 kids. My wednesday student patrick asked to increase tuition to 2x a week. Thats good news to me as i like teaching patrick. We can "click", talk cock together and its most stressless teaching him. Only problem is that he asked for a discount. Like 90 for 2 lessons a week instead of 100. I dunno what to tell him, so i told him i'll consider and call him later in the week.

10) Late for my first FNA tutorial today by 20 mins. Incredibly, tutor haven't started the lessons properly yet! lol. I have no groups yet and has already sent an email to her liao. Think i will do quite ok for my Fna proj as bren would be able to help me. And u bet she's good in FNA.
