today today today, what a lousy uneventful day

8.15am - wake up

9.20am - reach etp (short form for my office NUS Enterprise)

9.45am - found out that i didnt get my ma1101r and cs2104 tutorial classes, bidded again for ma1101r and made a mental note to email the cs2104 lecturer regarding my tutorial slot

10.00am - realising that the CDs that i borrowed from SOC helpdesk is due today, i hurriedly attempted to burn the Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, Windows 2003 Server and Daniel's Win XP Pro cd. FYI, burning Win XP and Win 2003 cds is not that simple, cos the cd has to be made bootable. I have a small collection of failed attempts in making my XP Pro cd bootable... Enter NLite. Its a neat little piece of freeware that helps me create a bootable cd easily, and allows me to integrate SP2 into the CD (to save me further trouble from installing sp2 RIGHT AFTER installing XP). Also there are options to further trim down the size of windows xp by removing any programs that is unneeded such as Windows Defragmenter (for those who prefers 3rd party programs), MSN Explorer (totally redundant imho) and Windows Messenger. Nlite also has a few other neat tricks that i shant mention here. Do google for nlite to check it out.

12pm - Went for jenes and society lecture. Was 15 mins late.

2pm - Had lunch with li.fu, yammy and jacko, returned cds and sent choco's lappy for repair.

3pm - back at etp.

3.45pm- Went to the forum on an errand to buy some NUS Lanyards. Met yz, yt, jacqueline and Ms X (forgot her name, again) there. They helped me choose a bag which i bought for bren.

4.10pm - back at office

6pm - Went clementi for dinner and for some amusement

8.40pm - went to lt25 to join yz and co for their intro to cybercrime lecture. From the 10 mins that i was there, can tell the guest lecturer's really funny and interesting. Pity about the lecture timing though (6-9pm, wed).

9.40pm - kicked a bottle of coolstation.

10pm - went back to clementi for more amusement. needless to say, still undefeated.

11pm - back home, sweet, home. Bathe, blog.
