http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm allows u to reencode ur mp3s to wma or ogg.
At lower bit rates (<128kbps), i find ogg better than wma which is better than mp3.
Do give it a try. Any codec u need, can d/l at the link above.
Personally me listening to 64-80kbps ogg and 96kbps wma, with the occasional 128kbps mp3.....
Of course, the 2 gentlemen above have 1.5-4gb of hdd space to store their songs, of course they dun need to reencode their songs collection...
Ok, something for kiddie: WMA -lossless. Dunno if ur muvo supports it, but its mathematically LOSSLESS. meaning all the info in the original songs are not lost at all. u might want to try it. Its better (obviously) than 192kbps mp3 which of course u listen to.
